EARLIER BOTH MY CHILDREN LIVED SECLUDED IN THEIR BEDROOMS AND NOW BOTH OF THEM COME OUT OF THEIR BEDROOMS AND ALSO GO OUT WITH THEIR FRIENDS IN THE EVENINGS. A REMARKABLE CHANGE – IN BOTH OF THEM – THEY ARE HANDLING AND KEEOING THEIR ENVIORMENT AS CLEAN AS THEY CAN AND NOW ARE PRESENTABLE IN FRONT OF THEIR OWN EYES FIRST AND THIS HELPS THEM RECEIVE CONFICDENCE IN THEMSELVES – ENVIORMENT MATTERS UTMOST.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR FRIEND CIRCLE HAS IMPROVED AND DIRTY HABITS ARE SLOWLY DISAPPEARING FROM THEIR EXISTENCE- I WOULD SOMETIMES REPEAT THAT EVEN IF YOU BOTH HAD TO GO THROUGH A SEPARATION FROM YOUR MOTHER – YOU BOTH RECEIVED THE BEST OF GROOMING FROM BEST SCHOOLS OF INDIA AND BELONG TO A WELL OFF BACK GROUND. AND SOON BEFORE I COULD MYSELF REALIZE MY EFFORTS BEGAN BEARING FRUIT –

THE SILENT NON STOP MOTHER WORKED HER WAY THROUGH WITH LOVE AND CARE – AS THAT IS WHAT IS DIFFERENT FROM ALL OTHER RELATIONSHIPS WITHOUT ANY EXPECTANCE – FOR IN THEIR GROWTH IS MY GROWTH. JAI GURUJI –

The day I entered my Kanpur home –in the month of May – in the year 2013

I was attacked by my brother – in –law The I entered my own bungalow which I had locked and left for delhi in 2003 under Police Protection –

My brother- In- law had attacked me in my partitioned portion of the premises and the partition wall was built in 1995 all across the premises – which is in my – exclusive possession according to court orders – as proved by the photographs below – but I live like a prisoner in my own home –as my in-laws lock the main gates when ever they want attack me – I am living in very unsafe conditions-

CONDITION OF KANPUR HOUSE IN 2013- all my locks had been broken and my entire house ransacked and entire furniture had been removed and all doors had been locked by my inlaws and both my sons were cornered in their bedrooms and living frustrated lives with drugs and mainly weed being supplied to them by my brother – in – law sharad pat – where as the keys of my entire bungalow were retained by my brother-in-law so that he take over the possession from my children by keeping them drugged and subjugated.

17/05 2016 – PHOTOGRAPHS OF MY IN-LAWS OPENLY IN COGNIZANCE WITH THE POLICE FORCES OF FAZAL GANJ THAANA ARE REMOVING FURNITURE FROM MY PREMISES BY LOADING THEM IN TRUCKS MY BROTHER IN – LAW’S YOUNGER ADULT SON WHO IS A SUPREME COURT LAYER WAS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN ALL THIS AND THEY WERE PUSHING FORWARD MY VERY OWN ELDER DRUG ADDICT SON AGAINST ME AND THE POLICE WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION- RATHER THAN HELPING ME AS I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD INFORMED THE POLICE AND CALLED FOR TIMELY HELP TO STOP THIS NONSENSICAL HAPPENINGS IN MY HOUSE – BUT NOW SINCE THE POLICE TOO IS NOT HELPING ME WHOM DO I GO TO??????

On 10/09/2015 police in Kanpur is bribed well by my in-laws and they take no action to help me eradicate the negative atmosphere created by drug Addicts in my home implanted by My Brother-in-law Sharadpat and the Entire Staff Led by Manager R. P. Pandey who is Taking explicit interest in these Negativities for his own selfish interests to be able to claim and Hijack as Much As he can of Arunpat My Late Husband’s Inheritance.

And then I started making short trips to Kanpur. on my first trip I had stayed at Kamla Reteat . after contacting Yadupati Ji who extended Help immediately and the room no. provided to me was ROOM NO. ‘5’ I HAD SEEN MY LATE HUSBAND’S SOUL APPEAR IN THAT ROOM AND HE TOLD ME TO RELAX.

SOON AFTER A FEW VISITS I REALIZED THE GRAVE SITUATION BOTH MY SONS WERE IN.

SOON I SHIFTED TO KANPUR AND MY BROTHER-IN-LAW IN HIS GREED TO DECLARE HIMSELF THE WHOLE SOLE OWNER ATTACKED ME AN N.C.R. WAS LODGED AGAINST HIM INSPITE OF THE MEDICAL REPORTS MADE IN POLICE PROTECTION PROVING THE GRAVE ATTACK. HE TRIED TO MISLEAD THE POLICE FORCE BY SHOWING THEM A FAKE DOCUMENT OF A FAKE DIVORCE DECREE. AFTER I SHIFTED TO KANPUR IN MY PORTION OF THE PREMISES. MY DIVINE GURUJI MAHARAJ APPEARED DAILY IN HIS ASTRAL FORM AND WOULD DICTATE AND MAKE ME TYPE LETTERS TO THE ENTIRE J.K. GROUP FAMILY AND THEN HELPED ME PREPARE ALL FILES MENTIONED BELOW.

I had innumerable times tried to avoid him and at times confronted by TELLING HIM DIRECTLY THAT I AM NOT DIVORCED AND I AM A MOTHER OF TWO CHILDREN WHO ARE STUDING IN A BOARDING SCHOOL. but this man was indecently following me everywhere in a drunken state. Once returning late from my lawyer’s office I observed Raji Arora Following me and I sped up my car and on my way home I stopped at Empire Estate with the thought I will take refuge in the Sharan Of Gurujimaharaj Nirmal Singh ji. I quietly today took a seat where I felt I would be noticed by no one. Before I could realize Rajiv Arora in a Drunken State entered Empire Estate and walked Directly Upto Guruji and instead of Doing Padam Namaskar Sat Infront of Guruji. This man was stinking a Mile of Alcohol. Guruji raised his EYEBROWS AND JUGGLED HIS EYEBROWS A FEW TIMES IN A FUNNY MANNER AND THEN SMILED AT RAJIV ARORA AND THEN DIRECTLY LOOKED AT ME AND CLLED ME TO HIMSELF AND TOLD ME TO MEET RAJIV ARORA OUTSIDE THE HALL OF EMPIRE ESTATE WITH A GESTURE OF HIS FINGER AND GURUJI SAID. “DIRECT GALL KARR.”

I WAS DISSAPOINTED WITH GURUJI’S ACTIONS AND I WALKED OUT OF THE HALL.AND AS I WORE MY SANDALS A SUDDEN POWER OVERTOOK MY BODY AND I BEGAN RAISING MY VOICE AT RAJIV ARORA IN THE PRESENCE OF ALL SANGAT PRESENT DOING “JUTTI’ SEWA’ AND OTHER DEVOTEES.

I SAID TO RAJIV ARORA. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOU IN ANY MANNER WHY ARE YOU FOLLOWING ME AND HARRASING ME AND ON TOP OF IT YOU HAVE DARED TO COME TO A PIOUS PLACE OF GURUJIMAHARJ IN A DRUNKEN STATE. I WILL COMPLAIN TO THE POLICE TO TAKE STERN ACTION AGAINST YOU. THESE ACTIONS ARE INTOLERABLE.

I WENT BACK AND SAT IN THE HALL OF EMPIRE ESTAE AFTER I SAW THIS MAN RAJIV ARORA RUNNING AWAY AS ALL DEVOTEES GLARED AT HIM FURIOUSLY.

THAT NIGHT I RETURNED HOME LATE FROM EMPIRE ESTAE. AND AS I WAS DRIVING BACK HOME I OBSERVED RAJIV ARORA FOLLOWING ME ON THE LONELY M.G. ROAD, HE OVERTOOK MY CAR AND STOPPED MY CAR BY PARKING IN SUCH A MANNER THAT I WAS UNABLE TO MANOUVER MY CAR OUT OF THAT POSITION. RAJIV ARORA JUMPED OUT OF HIS CAR ATTACKED ME FROM THE OPEN WINDOW AND HIT ME DIRECTLY ON MY FACE AND AS I SCREAMED, I SAW A DEVOTEES CAR COMING FROM BEHIND AS THE FLASH LIGHTS SHONE ON THE EMPTY ROAD .AND RAJIV ARORA RAN BACK TO HIS CAR IN THAT DRUNKEN STATE AND SPED OFF. I MADE SURE THAT I DROVE NEAR THE OTHER CAR ALL THE WAY BACK HOME AS I WAS SHAKEN UP BY THIS ATTACK. BUT IT WAS THEN I HAD REALIZED THIS MAN WAS A BULLY WHO ATTACKED WOMEN WHEN HE FELT THEY WERE IN A HELPLESS SITUATION AND ALL ALONE!!

NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING I REALIZED I HAD A BLACKISH BLUE MARK ON MY FACE NOW FURIOUS I DECIDED TO REGSTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST WING COMMANDER RAJIV ARORA IN THE AIRFORCE OFFICE AT INDIA GATE. AND I APPROACHED THE CHIEF MARSHAL AND SHOWED HIM THE MARK ON MY FACE. THE CHIEF MARSHALL CALLED UP RAJIV ARORA THAT VERY MOMENT AND REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PROMISING ME THAT HE WILL TAKE SEVER ACTION AGAINST THIS MAN.

AFTER REGISTERING MY HAND WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THE AIR FORCE DEPARTMENT AT INDIA GATE AS I APPROACHED OTHER OFFICERS I CAME TO KNOW THAT “RAJIV ARORA HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN MANY MORE SUCH CASES BEFORE AND WAS HEADING FOR A DIVORCE IN HIS PERSONAL LIFE MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN WERE SUBJECTED TO BY HIS CRONICH ALCOHOLIC STATE. AND HE WOULD ATTACK ALL WOMEN HE WOULD GET ATTRACTED TO.. BUT SINCE I BELONGED TO A VERY DECENT BACKGROUND STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN FINALLY AGAINST THIS MAN AND MANY MORE WOMEN WOULD BE SAVED FROM THIS REGULAR ILLTREATMENT THEY ARE SUBJECTED TO BY THIS ALCOHOLIC OFFICER.”

I THEN REALIZED WHY MY DIVINE GURUJIMAHARAJ HAD FORCED ME TO FACE THE SITUATION AND NOT RUN AWAY FROM IT. THIS HELPED ME BUILD UP A LOT OF SELF CONFIDENCE INMYSELF TO BE ABLE TO FIGHT BACK SUCH ADVERSE SITUATIONS.

AFTER THIS COMPLAINT IN THE AIR FORCE DEPARTMENT RAJIV ARORA APPROACHED ME DIRECTLY OUTSIDE MY HOME AND I DIALLED ‘100’ NUMBER AS I DID SO. THIS MAN RAN AWAY AND WAS NEVER AGAIN SEEN BY ME IN THIS LIFE.

THE DAY BOTH MY SONS REACHED KANPUR after performing the LAST RITES ON THE “CHAUTHA” CEREMONY of their Father, late Arunpat ji , which was performed in Delhi, THEY WERE IN A STATE OF SHOCK AS ALL FURNITURE HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM MY PORTION – only 1 bed with a Cooler was given to my younger son and I bed and a second hand Air /Conditioner, was provided for my elder son Advait Pat.

BOTH MY SONS WERE BEING TREATED WORSE THAN SERVANTS. Both Sons were kept under the state of INTOXICATION – AND FOOD MIXED WITH POISON. MY YOUNGER SON WOULD MAKE FRANTIC CALLS TO ME AND CRY FOR FOOD. BOTH MY SONS HAD BEEN MADE TO JOIN A GOVERNMENT COLLEDGE IN KANPUR, through Correspondence. Rest all has been proved with photographs in the first letter to the D.M. – LETTER DATED: 02/08/2013. Coming back to the Main Subject of this Brief – Late lala Arunpat ‘S’ who Died on 27th February, 2010 interstate was owner of Following Property received by virtue of Partition / family settlement of “lala Hemant Pat ‘S’ H.U.F.”; Vide suit No. 156 of 1976 in the court of the II Civil Judge Kanpur, titled Shri Sharadpat ‘S’ V/s Shri Hemant pat ‘S’.; and also declarations made by the following Under the “Land Ceiling Act and Regulation Act 1976.” [Main Proofs of Government Records.] 1.Lala Hemant Pat ‘S’; 2.Sudha Rani ‘S’; 3.Lala Sharad pat ‘S’; 4.And Lala Arun pat ‘S’ at the tender age of 16. Hence late Arun pat ‘S’ was the sole owner of his partitioned properties till he got married..

Sir, as mentioned earlier according to my letter dated 10^th Sept. 2015. An Injunction order has been passed by Honourable Additional District & Sessions Court Delhi. Genarated in the Case No.HMA No. 313/2004 by the ADJ/19.04.05. in the case ArunPat ‘S’ Vs, Smt. Ambika ‘S’ i.e. whereby the Court has directed that I have the exclusive rights of Possession of the above mentioned Bungalow as far as living is concerned and further the Court has directed –

“…. to the extent that the Petitioner and His Family Members and those Acting on His Behalf are Restrained from Dispossessing the Respondent/Applicant from the Portion of 84/43, Radha Kunj, Kalpi Road, which is in her possession as seen in the site plan filed with her affidavit dated 17.03.2005 pendente lite the present petition without due process of law, till further order and are further restrained from forcibly entering the same pendent lite.”

Until this order is not vacated by the same court the lower courts cannot entertain any case in this subject.

My In-laws Have procured a fake Voter ID. And a Fake Family Certificate declaring me divorced with a Fake Divorce Decree acquired by them fraudulently. This fake Divorce Decree has been challenged in the Delhi Saket Court. ALL THESE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES MY IN-LAWS ENTIRE FAMILY HAS DONE maliciously – with only one intention of usurping my properties.

I NEVER OBJECTED TO THE LIVING OF BOTH MY SONS IN MY PARTIONED EXCLUSIVE POSSESION OF THE PREMISES 84/43 “RADHA KUNJ” KALPI ROAD INSPITE OF THE COURT ORDER DATED – 19.04.05., WHICH BASED ON THE FOLLOW UP OF “FIRST FAMILY COURT ORDER BASED – ON THE RULING THAT THE RIGHT TO RESIDENCE IS OF THE WIFE”; THIS ORDER WAS PASSED AFTER THE PARTITION WALL WAS BUILT ACROSS THE ENTIRE PREMISES in 1995-1996 , which Divides this entire Premises into 2 halves. (First Order on Maintenance with (Possession of Partitioned Portion of Bungalow With Me.) – 7/0/2002 Pg. 167-Pg. 121 – An Injunction order has been passed by Honourable Additional District & Sessions Court Delhi. I DID NOT GET THE ACTIVATION OF THESE ORDERS IMMEDIATELY IN 2005- ONLY TO SAFEGUARD THE INTERESTS OF BOTH MY SONS. SO THAT – ATLEAST THE CHILDREN WILL LIVE IN THE SURROUNDINGS THAT I HAD CREATED FOR THEM- WITH THEM – IN THEIR EARLY CHILDHOOD. SO THAT BOTH MY CHILDREN WON’T FEEL UPROOTED FROM THEIR HOME, – AS MY IN-LAWS WOULD KEEP CHANGING THE SCHOOLS OF BOTH MY SONS TO KEEP MY CHILDREN AWAY FROM ME. AT THE COST OF UPROOTING BOTH MY SONS FROM THEIR CHILDHOOD FRIENDS; AND THER ENVIORMENT IN WHICH THEY WERE GETTING USED TO; THUS FORCEFULLY CAUSING INSTABILITY IN THEIR LIVES – THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES.

FORTNIGHTLY BASIS EVEN IN THE BOARDING SCHOOL AT “SCINDIA, GWALIOR,” BY MY MOTHER IN LAW; SHE HAS NOW SUCCEEDED IN TRANSFORMING HER GRAND SON “ADVAITPAT” INTO ANOTHER ALCOHOLIC AT THE TENDER AGE OF 25.

EARLIER WHEN I WAS IN GURGAON – I was not allowed to meet my children and when I finally received Children’s Interim custody order Dated 17:03:2005. Attached- as Annexure 3 with this Brief pg.1 – pg. 7.

I came to know from the Scindia School, Gwalior Fort – head masters and teachers that my in-laws had spread false rumours about me that I had run away with someone – upon meeting me personally the teachers objected to such – STARK LIES – AND UPDATED ME WITH ALL DETAILS ABOUT BOTH THE CHILDREN AND HOW MY ELDER SON WAS BEING FURNISHED WITH MONEY “WEEKLY” TO DRINK ALCOHOL WITH HIS SENIOR STUDENTS – BECAUSE OF WHICH HE HAD BEEN THROWN OUT OF HIS SCHOOL IN TH 10 STANDARD.

1. Leave granted.

22. While appeal arising out of SLP (C) No. 3385 of 2007 is directed against a judgment and order dated 16.11.2006 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Delhi whereby and where under a writ petition filed by the appellant herein questioning the validity of a Court Martial proceeding has been dismissed, appeal arising out of SLP (C) No.5916 of 2007 is directed against the order dated 19th December, 2006 passed in the review petition.

3. We may, before adverting to the contentions raised by the parties, notice the admitted fact of the matter.

4. Appellant was commissioned in the Indian Air Force on or about 6.12.1985. He filed an application for posting to MOFT Unit so as to enable him to fly MIG 21 Fighter Aircrafts. The said application was rejected. He applied for premature retirement. A good conduct certificate was issued in his favour. However, a disciplinary proceeding was initiated against him on or about 20.1.2006 in respect whereof a charge-sheet was issued on 1.4.2006, the details whereof are as under : 3

Whereas in reality due to a fracture in my leg I was unable to move around and it is stated in the Letter that – the publishers could check by sending a Police Party to my Bungalow for verification. This case was reopened 4 times even after the inventory of my locker was made only to harass me and I was discharged all four times. The Civil Suit In the Courts of In the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Kanpur Nagar Suit No. 44 of 2001 By order dated 1:8:2013 the valuation of the Suit according to the Reliefs claimed is 60 Lacs. Which was Not Yet paid by Hemantpat ‘S’ and his wife Sudha ‘S’. My Husband was a Chronic Alcoholic, and hence – since no one appeared the case was closed. This Civil Case regarding the sealing of my lockers Has Been Reopened by my in-laws again and is still pending in the courts of Delhi inspite of the fact that the courts themselves had ordered that the seal is to be removed and now the lockers have been opened and submissions made to the Bank by returning our lockers.

This entire CASE PROCEEDINGS TOOK 13 LONG YEARS – Inspite of my proving to the Police department BY LETTER – DATED 25^th December. 2000, by informing the Senior Officers of Police that I am present in Kanpur and they can come and verify themselves then HOW CAN I RUN AWAY. I had a Main proof of my innocence to prove that the – F.I.R. Dated: 23/12/2000 – WAS FALSE – These were my Surgery Records from date-11/07/2000 – of the RUPTURED – Appendicitis- Operation that I had undergone in Kanpur. But these had been hidden by my in-laws so that I would not be able to prove myself to the police during those days. I am attaching these records as I found them in my late husband’s briefcase in my bedroom after I returned to Kanpur in 2013. AND HENCE AN ALIBI CREATED BY GOD.

ALSO ALL PROVED IN THE AUDIO LINK. GIVEN BELOW – AS TO HOW THIS FAMILY WOULD TORTURE ME BY RETAINING MY MEDICAL REPORTS AND NOT PROVIDING ME WITH MEDICINES – AND FOOD – FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN. My in-laws would falsely accuse the children of committing a theft and try and SUBJUGATE THEM AND CAPTURE THE YOUNG MINDS OF BOTH THE CHILDREN IN A “MENTAL CAVE”OF SUBJUGATION AND FEAR SO THAT THEY WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO ANSWER THEM BACK. I had joined “Art Of Living” Courses in Delhi and in one of these courses with an Air Force Group, I met many Prestigious Members from the “Air Force”, along with “Wing Commander Rajiv Arora”. During some of these classes when we would discuss our – Grievances in life- and our strengths and our weaknesses- Wing Commander Rajiv Arora had come to know that I belong to the J.K. Family of Kanpur, and that I am a Royal Citizen And I was going through Divorce Proceedings with my Alcoholic Husband.

On the Night of 28/29 – O4/2005 after attending an impersonal Dinner Get Together at the D.S.O.I. Club, with a few of the Couples from – Air Force I had left the gathering by 10:00 P.m. As I had taken the left turn from the Club Gate on the Station Road- I observed two men in a Taxi who started making absurd sounds and Eve Teasing me. These men purposely began driving rashly IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THEIR CAR WAS TRYING TO ZOOM IN FRONT OF MY CAR IN A ZIG ZAG- MANNER, AND HENCE TRYING TO STOP ME FROM MOVING FORWARD. IN ORDER TO OVERTAKE THEIR CAR AND SPEED UP I TOO DROVE IN A SIMILAR ZIG- ZAG STYLE WITH SOLE INTENTIONS TO BE ABLE TO take over and DRIVE FAST ENOUGH- TO REACH A MORE SAFE AREA WHERE I WOULD BE ABLE TO SPOT SOMEONE FOR HELP.

THESE MEN IN THE TAXI began misbehaving THUS – SEEING IT TO BE A LONELY ROAD, AND A YOUNG LADY DRIVING ALONE THESE TWO MEN Were MAKING VULGER JESTURES. GIVING INTO EMOTIONS OF PANIC, Inspite of JAMMING THE BRAKES WITH MY ENTIRE STRENGTH I SMASHED INTO THIS TAXI WHILE TRYING TO OVERTAKE THIS TAXI AND THEN BE ABLE T O SPEED UP AND SAVE MYSELF FROM THESE HOOLIGANS. – THIS HAPPENED – JUST WHEN THE TRAFFIC LIGHT TURNED “RED” AND THIS TAXI WHICH WAS SPEEDING INFRONT OF ME TOO HAD – SUDDENLY APPLIED THE BREAKS OF THEIR TAXI – AND HAD COME TO A SCREECHING HALT. ONLY THE BACK LIGHT OF THE TAXI WAS DAMAGED THAT TOO WHEN MY CAR HAD SWIPED AGAINST IT IN A SPEED.

[THIS CAN BE CHECKED FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY THE POLICE OF MY DAMAGED CAR WHICH HAD REMAINED IN POLICE CUSTODY FOR A FEW DAYS. ATTACHED WITH THE F.I.R. IN THE CUSTODY OF THE POLICE – DHAULAKUAN THANA]

IT WAS ‘MY CAR’ THAT WAS DAMAGED BADLY – THE BONNET NEARLY FLEW OPEN AND FOUNTAINS OF STEAM GUSHED OVER THE FRONT GLASS WIND SHEET OF MY CAR. SINCE MY CAR WAS STILL IN MOTION I TRIED TO SPEED MORE TO ESCAPE FROM THOSE TWO HOOLIGANS IN THAT TAXI BUT ALL IN VAIN. IN A FEW SECONDS MY CAR BEGAN MISSING AND THEN the car began CHOKING AND HENCE MOVING SLOWLY. THIS SITUATION MAKING ME GIVE INTO ATTACKS OF PANIC AND FEAR – OF BEING FOLLOWED BY TWO HOOLIGANS AND NOW IF MY CAR GETS JAMMED ON THIS LONELY ROAD THEN THESE TWO HOOLIGANS CAN MISBEHAVE WITH ME – MADE ME GO THROUGH MOMENTS OF TRMENDOUS FEAR . At That Junction of PANIC and Fear I Took A DECISSION – SEEING A “U” TURN OPENING ON THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD – On the spur of that moment –- to Take a “U” turn and Rush Back to the DSOI Club as it was a few minutes from here and AFTER ALL I WAS STILL ON THE SAME MAIN V.V.I.P. ROAD – STILL – ON WHICH THIS “D.S.O.I. CLUB” IS SITUATED. , and I COULD request FOR HELP from the Air Force Officers.

BY THE TIME I HAD TAKEN THE DECISSION TO RETURN TO THE D. S.O.I. CLUB – I HAD REACHED THE FIRST U TURN “JUNCTION ON THAT MAIN ROAD AFTER THAT Traffic RED Light Junction. AS I SLOWED DOWN MY CAR FURTHER TO TAKE A “U” TURN THE CAR INGINITION STOPPED AND IT WOULD NOT RESTART- MY CAR HAD STOPPED !!!! – IN A DIAGONAL POSTURE – ON A ‘U’ TURN- ON THE V.V.I.P. ROAD A FEW YARDS FROMS THE “D.S.O.I. CLUB”. (This can be verified by the Police Officers who had arrived on the spot of Accident. 2-3 Police Officers got together to first push my car and helped me park my car on the Opposite Direction of the ROAD by helping me to Complete My Ú’ TURN as that was the direction I had planned to move towards last IN ORDER TO RUSH TOWARDS D.S.O.I. CLUB.)

As I was struggling with the car keys to restart the engine of my car ONE OF THE MEN FROM THE TAXI JUMPED OUT OF HIS CAR AND LEAPED TOWARDS MY CAR AND THRUSTED HIS RIGHT ARM THROUGH THE GLASS WINDOW WHICH WAS HALF DOWN AND SNATCHED MY CAR KEYS FROM MY HAND. IN A STATE OF ALARM AND UNDER A STATE OF SHOCK AND PANIC – I BEGAN ROLLING UP THE CAR GLASS WINDOWS AND LOCKING MY CAR INTERNALLY.

These two MEN IN THE MIDLLE OF THAT DARK NIGHT; ON THAT LONELY ROAD; BEGAN WALKING AROUND MY CAR CHECKING ALL DOOR LOCKS – INORDER TO TRY TO UNLOCK THEM; THUS CAUSING FURTHER SIGNALS OF ALARM ALL OVER ME. AS ONE OF THESE TWO MEN REACHED OUT FOR THE “DIKKI LOCK” OF MY CAR – GRASPING A FEW DEEP BREATHS! – I CALLED UPON THE NAME OF MY GURUJI FOR HELP! AND I in a flash reached out for my mobile (The battery of which was nearly discharged). I called up Wing Commander Rajiv Arora, [IN THAT PARTICULAR MOBILE HANDSET – THE NAME OF “Arora Wng Cmd.” – APPEARES ON THE TOP OF MY PHONE BOOK AS HIS SIR NAME STARTS FROM THE LETTER ‘A’ i.e. ‘ARORA’ FURTHER IN THE CATEGORY OF “AOL” FRIENDS AND THEN “AIR FORCE Frnds” all beginning with the letter ‘A’.; — Frantically hoping that he would still be in the D.S.O.I. Club and HE might be able to help me. I COULD NOT STOP CRYING AND IN A STAMMERING VOICE I TOLD HIM WHERE I WAS and how I had got stranded there.

Wing Commander Rajiv Arora assured me of his help and TOLD ME – “THAT EVEN IF MY MOBILE BATTERY GETS DISCHARGED AND I AM UNABLE TO TALK TO HIM THEN I AM TO CONTINUE ACTING AS THOUGH I AM STILL TALKING TO HIM IN SUCH A HIGH VOLUME SO AS – TO TRY TO SCARE THE BULLIES OFF; – AND ALSO BECAUSE IT COULD TAKE HIM MORE THAN TEN MINUTES TO REACH THE SPOT WHERE I WAS STRANDED; AS HE HAD LEFT FOR HIS HOME FROM D.S.O.I. CLUB AND HE HAD NEARLY REACHED THE PARKING LOT OF HIS HOME]- HE ALSO TOLD ME TO KEEP REPEATING THE NAME D.S.O.I CLUB.- SO THAT THESE HOOLIGANS KNOW THAT HELP CAN REACH YOU IN A FEW MINUTES AS THIS CLUB WAS A FEW YARDS FROM THIS SPOT — WHERE I WAS STRANDED.

Wing Commander Rajiv Arora guided me like wise SO THAT THOSE TWO STRANGERS CAN HEAR ME AND BECOME AWARE THAT SOME SENIOR OFFICERS ARE ABOUT TO REACH THE SPOT SHORTLY – TO HELP ME”; AND ALSO SENSING THE EMERGENCY OF MY SITUATION WING COMMANDER RAJIV ARORA RUSHED FOR MY HELP. MEAN WHILE BY THE TIME ‘HELP ARRIVED’ FROM Wing Commander Rajiv Arora – he who moved towards this spot of Accident in an Aggressive state of mind to fight two hooligans misbehaving with a lady later got involved in more controversies because of this.

Faint sound of Police Car’s Siren was heard- and both these hooligans jumped back into their car and knowing fully well THAT NOW THEY WERE CORNERED AS-

THIS IS A V.I.P. ROAD ON WHICH WE WERE STRANDED – AND THE POLICE WILL CATCH THEM – IF THEY TRY TO START THEIR CAR AND SPEED OFF TOWARDS THE SAME DIRECTION FROM WHERE THE POLICE WAS ARRIVING. AND IF THE MEN IN THE TAXI DROVE TOWARDS THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TOWARDS THE D.S.O.I. CLUB THEN THEY HAD BEEN MADE AWARE BY ME THAT THERE ARE SOME SENIOR OFFICERS WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN CALLED FOR HELP BY ME WHO TOO ARE on their way to help me and they are – ARRIVING SHORTLY FROM D.S.O.I. CLUB, Which is nearby AND SO THEY WILL BE CAUGHT.

THE SOUND OF THE SIREN OF A POLICE VEHICLE BECAME LOUDER AND AT ABOUT 11:00 p.m. THE PATROLLING POLICE CAR – A GYPSY – ON DUTY ARRIVED ON THE SPOT.

TO PLAY SAFE and to try and turn their cards over the table; THE TWO MEN IN THE TAXI APPROACHED THE POLICE AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED. This was done by those two sharp and crooked minds of the two TAXI men to save guard their own interests. As the police will first listen to the complainant and – they will act as though they were trying to help a lonely lady- In Distress on a lonely road at Night, whose car had got stranded in the middle of the road in an awkward diagonal position while taking a “U” Turn towards the D.S.O.I Club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is mentioned in the F.I.R. THAT – THESE TWO MEN IN THE TAXI CALLED THE POLICE BY DIALLING 100 No. [An IFSC Code No. has till date NOT been mentioned in any Court Document produced till date either by the Police or the TWO COMPLAINNENTS!!!!]

THE PATROLLING POLICE ARRIVED AND MET THE TWO MEN FIRST AS THOSE TWO MEN HAD THEMSELVES APPROACHED THE POLICE-

FISRT- VERSION OF THE TWO TAXI MEN—-“We were passing by and we saw- a lonely lady sleeping in a car OR DRUNK which is LYING stranded in the middle of the road in an awkward diagonal position while taking a “U” Turn towards the D.S.O.I Club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO WE CALLED THE POLICE TO HELP HER. SHE COULD BE DRUNK……. PLS HELP AND CHECK.

THE POLICE APPROACHED ME – AND REQUESTED ME TO FIRST PARK MY CAR ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I TOLD THE POLICE THEN THAT THOSE TWO MEN ARE HAVING THE POSSESSION OF MY CAR KEYS. KINDLY PROVIDE MY CAR KEYS TO ME FIRST.

THE POLICE APPROACHED THE TWO MEN AND THEN AFTER RECEIVING MY CAR KEYS FROM THE TWO HOOLIGANS; THE POLICE OFFICERS MANUALLY PUSHED MY CAR – (AS THE CAR’S IGNITION REFUSED TO RESTART) AND MANOUVERED MY CAR TO THE SIDE OF THE V.I.P. ROAD, WHICH MOVES TOWARDS D.S.O.I. CLUB.

SECOND VERSION OF THE TWO TAXI MEN—-“We were passing by and we saw- a lonely lady in a car which is LYING stranded in the middle of the road in an awkward diagonal position while taking a “U” Turn towards the D.S.O.I Club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO WE CALLED THE POLICE TO HELP HER. WE TOOK THE KEYS TO HELP HER RESTART THE CAR, BUT SHE SEEMS TO HAVE GOT SCARED AND SO SHE HAS LOCKED HER SELF UP IN HER CAR. SINCE SHE IS NOT SLIDING DOWN HER WINDOW TO TAKE BACK THE CAR KEYS HOW CAN WE LEAVE A YOUNG LADY ON A LONEY ROAD IN THE MIDLLE OF THE NIGHT WITHOUT HER CAR KEYS??????”. WE CALLED YOU TO BE ABLE TO REQUEST YOU TO HELP US RETURN HER CAR KEYS IN YOUR PRESENCE. “ACHCHE GHAR KI LAG RAHIN HAIN KAHIN HUMM PAR KOYI GALAT ILZAAM NAA LAG JAAYE. PLEASE HELP THIS MADAM JI.”

SINCE I WAS ALL ALONE AMONG SO MANY MEN – SO MANY POLICE MEN AND THE TWO TAXI MEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME – TO COME OUT OF MY CAR AND SPEAK TO THE POLICE OFFICER IN THE PRESENCE OF A KNOWN PERSON AT THAT TIME OF THE NIGHT. SO I REQUESTED THE POLICE OFFICERS TO WAIT FOR SOME TIME – TILL “WING COMMANDER RAJIV ARORA” COULD ARRIVE – AS MY CAR WAS STRANDED BECAUSE I HAD MET WITH AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF WHICH HALF OF THE BONNET OF MY MARUTI 800 CAR HAD GOT CRUMPLED LIKE PAPER. AND THEIR WAS STEAM GUSHING OUT OF THE HALF OPEN BONNET. ALL BECAUSE OF THE RASH DRIVING OF THESE TWO MEN IN THE TAXI AND NOW I KNEW I REQUIRE HELP URGENTLY and I was Mistakenly Expecting HELP!!!!!!!!

Soon Wing Commander Rajiv Arora arrived on the place of the Dispute, and as he got off his car to confront THE TWO TAXI MEN AND tell the Police OFFICERS ON MY BEHALF what had actually happened – and how the two men in the Taxi were manipulating the situation to their own advantage. DURING THE ONGOING ARGUMENT – ON BEING QUESTIONED BY THE POLICE OFFICERS TO REAVEAL HIS IDENTITY AND HIS CONNECTION WITH ME –

Wing Commander Rajiv Arora – HAD ARRIVED IN A DRUNK STATE – HE then introduced himself as my husband. THIS WAS DONE TO HELP ME COME OUT OF THIS SITUATION AS EXPLAINED BY “Wing Commander Rajiv Arora” TO HIDE THE- ‘SIR NAME OF A ROYAL FAMILY’— TO AVOID THE – SIR NAME OF A ROYAL FAMILY’ TO come within the knowledge of the local police – that a lady from A ROYAL FAMILY IS FOUND on a lonely road IN THE MIDDLE OF THE Night THEN THEY CAN MAKE A TREMENDOUS ISSUE OUT OF A SIMPLE SITUATION AND EXTRACT A LOT OF MONEY TO SUBSIDE THE MATTER.

Wing Commander Rajiv Arora explained the whole situation to the police officers then present on the spot of the accident as to how these two men in a taxi had first tried to misbehave with me and then they had tried to stop my car by stopping their car infront of my car suddenly on a RED LIGHT Signal because of which my car crashed into their car & how these men in the Taxi had snatched my car keys which had been finally retrieved by me with the help of the Police Officers from the possession of the men in the Taxi.. AS I HAD TOLD HIM ALL THIS ON A CALL MADE TO HIM BECAUSE OF WHICH HE HAD ARRIVED AT THE SPOT OF ACCIDENT.

When the Police approached me after a short conversation with Wing Commander Rajiv Arora and requested me for my Driving Licence which I showed them promptly and the Police saw my full name – The entire Attention of all the officers got SHIFTED FROM THE ACCIDENT AND THE CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT TO THE POINT OF – a Senior Officer – A Wing Commander claiming a false identity – Claiming Falsely to be Married to lady from a royal family. – Instead of being of any help Wing Commander Rajiv Arora HAD INCREASED MY TENSIONS. ALL NIGHT I HAD BEEN SUBJECTED TO MULTIPLE MIXED EMOTIONS OF FEAR; PANIC, DISTRESS AND NOW INSTEAD OF MATTERS GETTING SOLVED MORE COMPLICATIONS HAD ARISEN.

IT WAS ME WHO HAD MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND – It had come within the knowledge of The Police officers within the first half an hour since they had arrived at the place of incident what my FULL NAME IS AND I HAD NEVER EVER EVEN – ONCE – CLAIMED THAT I AM SOME ONE ELSE — THEN WHY DID THE POLICE OFFICERS LODGE THE F.I.R. IN THE NAME OF AMBIKA W/O RAJIV ARORA —- THIS WAS DONE ONLY BECAUSE OF THE STAEMENT OF MY MOTHER-IN-LAW – SUDHA RANI ‘S’. Since wing commander Rajiv Arora had made a false Statement then an F.I.R. should have been lodged against him separately why was I subjected to Police Apathy for someone else’s mistake? The F.I.R. was regarding the Accident ??? or the Claiming of a False Identity by a Wing Commander??? PLEASE INTERVENE TO EXTRACT THE TRUTH.

ALL THIS WHILE I WAS SEATED IN MY CAR TOTALLY CONFUSED WITH THIS IMMEDIATE CHANGE OF TOPIC OF TENSION AND – THE POLICE MEN VERY EXCITED BY NOW TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY HUSBAND – Despite several desperate calls made to my husband ARUNPAT ‘S’, from the Police that night – regarding the above situation- he did not receive my calls that night – due To his illness, as he had recently been discharged from the hospital- report- Regency Hospital, Department of Internal and Critical medicine Discharge Summary – FINAL DIAGNOSIS – CHRONIC ALCOHOLIC; ALCOHOLIC LIVER DISEASE; PANCREATIC CALCULUS; DM 2; ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE SYNDROME; CHRONIC PANCREATITIS; 14/04/2005 Pg.11- Pg.12 OF File. 2- False Allegations and Fake Cases’.

It was MY MOTHER-IN-LAW SUDHA RANI ‘S’ – WHO HAD RECEIVED THE LAST CALL FROM MY MOBILE AND SPOKEN TO THE POLICE OFFICERS WHO HAD ARRIVED ON THE SPOT FROM MY MOBILE AND WE ALL HEARD HER ON THE SPEAKER PHONE OF MY HANDSET. MY MOTHER-IN-LAW had SAID-“USSE HUMM APNE GHAR KI BAHU NAHI MAANTE- JITNAA PAISAA LAGE LAGAAOO, ISS BAAT KO KHOOB UCHCHAALO,” IN A FRACTION OF A SECOND THE SCENARIO OF THE INCIDENT HAD CHANGED INFRONT OF MY HORRIFIED AND TREMBLING EYES. THE POLICE MEN HAD FORGOTTEN OF MY EXISTENCE AND NOW ALL OF THEM HAD CROWDED AROUND RAJIV ARORA AND THEY BEGAN FISTING HIM AND BEHAVING IN A ROWDY MANNER —- I SAW RAJIV ARORA DEFENDING HIMSELF AND FIGHTING BACK TO REMAIN ON HIS FEET WHICH HE DESERVED FOR CLAIMING A FALSE IDENTITY.

BECAUSE OF – ONE FALSE STATEMENT – THE ENTIRE SITUATION WAS MANIPULATED TO THE ADVANTAGE OF – MY MOTHER-IN-LAW WHO NEVER LOST AN OPPURTUNITY TO INFLICT PAIN ON ME AND HARM ME AND – NOW THESE TWO HOOLIGANS IN THE TAXI.

THE TWO TAXI MEN TAKING FULL ADVANTAGE OF THIS SITUATION GOT TOGETHER WITH THE POLICE MEN AND STARTED CONTOCTING A NEW STORY THAT I WAS DRUNK AND I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD HIT A STATIONARY CAR ON A RED LIGHT AND SO ON……AND THEY HAD TRIED TO FOLLOW ME AND STOP ME —– THAT TOO WITH MY CAR KEYS IN THE POSSESSION OF THOSE TWO HOOLIGANS IN THEIR TAXI – WHICH THE PATROLLING POLICE HAD RETRIEVED FOR ME FROM THOSE HOOLIGANS – INSPITE OF ALL THIS AN AMAZING STORY WAS CONTOCTED ON THE SPUR OF THE MOMENT BY THE HOOLIGANS IN CONSPIRACY WITH THE PATROLLING POLICE –

THE PATROLLING POLICE THEN CONTACTED A SENIOR POLICE OFFICER TO BE ABLE TO TAKE Wing Commander Rajiv Arora TO TASK AS ONLY IN THE ORDER OF SENIORITY COULD HAVE THIS SITUATION BEEN MANAGED. ANOTHER ONE HOUR PASSED BY IN THESE ARGUMENTS THAT AROSE AFTER THAT.

A SENIOR POLICE OFFICER ARRIVED AND THEN MY CAR WAS TOWED TO THE Dhaula Kuan THANA NEXT TO D.S.O.I. CLUB. THAT SENIOR OFFICER WHO HAD ARRIVED ON REQUEST OF THE PATROLLING POLICE – SPOKE TO ME ONLY ONCE IN ENGLISH — HE SAID, “MAM YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE AND YOU SHOULD NOT TRAVEL IN THE NIGHT ALONE.”

I SPENT MOST OF THE NIGHT SOBBING- IN MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE Dhaula Kuan THANA PREMISES NEXT TO D.S.O.I. CLUB – NOT AS A COMPLAINENT AND THE VICTIM WHO WAS HARRASSED BY TWO HOOLIGANS BUT RATHER AS THE ‘ACCUSED’. – ALL BECAUSE OF Wing Commander Rajiv Arora’s FALSE STATEMENT.

In-between 3:30a.m. – 4:00 a.m. the Air Force Police Arrived. AND THEY FURTHER INVESTIGATED THE MATTER AND FOUND Wing Commander Rajiv Arora. BY 6.a.m. WE both LEFT FOR OUR RESPECTIVE HOMES – After getting our Medical Tests done from Safdarjung Hospital, in New Delhi.

THE POLICE OFFICERS HAVE MENTIONED IN THE F.I.R. – THAT I HAD TRIED TO RUN AWAY BY STARTING MY CAR AND THAT TOO IN A HIGH SPEED!!! – HOW COULD I HAVE SPED OFF WHEN MY CAR COULD NOT RESTART AND THE POLICE HAD TO GET MY CAR TOWED TO THEIR “POLICE THANA”. MY CAR WAS RELEASED FROM THE Dhaula Kuan THANA – ONLY AFTER I HAD DEPOSITED MY BAIL AND RECEIVED RELEASE ORDERS OF MY VEHICLE FROM THE COURT.

BECAUSE OF – ONE FALSE STATEMENT- of Wing Commander Rajiv Arora – my relationship with my Husband had GOT FURTHER STRAINED AND TARRED; AND I HAD TO FACE MULTIPLE TENSIONS and a LOT OF HUMILIATION – IN MY PERSONAL LIFE FOR WHICH I WILL NEVER FORGIVE OR FORGET THIS NEGATIVE APPROCH of – Wing Commander Rajiv Arora – TO HELP SOMEONE.

Because of this Disgusting ACTION OF A WING COMMANDER – TILL DATE I HAVE FACED A LOT OF HUMILIATION AND harassment WHICH I AM STILL FACING THROUGH THE INNUMERABLE HINDRANCES CAUSED WITH MY ELDER SON ADVAITPAT ‘S’. ADVAITPAT ‘S’ HAS BEEN MISFEEDED & BRAINWASHED AGAINST ME BY MY IN-LAWS SPECIFICALLY MY MOTHER-IN-LAW. MY ELDER SON ADVAITPAT ‘S’ HAS REGISTERED A CASE ON ME, NOT KNOWING THE COMPLETE SCENARIO, HENCE MAKING THIS FALSE STATEMENT OF Wing Commander Rajiv Arora as THE BASE OF THE CASE. KINDLY HELP REMOVE THIS BLACK SPOT FROM MY LIFE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I further request your Goodself to IMMEDIATELY Intervene in this matter AND TAKE STRICT STEPS AND PROVIDE ME JUSTICE USING AN IRON FIST OF LAW – to the extent to CHECK WHY THE F.I.R. THAT TOO WHEN ON THE APPROACH OF THE PATROLLING POLICE THE ORIGINAL DRIVING LISCENCE AND ALL REQUIRED PAPERS OF MY CAR WERE HANDED OVER TO THE POLICE WITOUT ANY HESITATION; ALSO ALONG WITH THIS SIMPLE AND HONEST SPONTANEOUS GESTURE OF MINE I HAD MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PATROLLING POLICE THE PERSONAL MOBILE NO. OF MY HUSBAND “ARUNPAT” [AS I WAS NOT YET DIVORCED] WHOM THEY ALL HAD TRIED TO CONNECT WITH AND INCONSEQUENCE LANDED UP TALKING TO MY MOTHER – IN – LAW SUDHARANI ‘S’!!!!!

THE ENTIRE POLICE OF INDIA HAD COMPLETE RIGHTS TO REGISTER THIS F.I.R. IN THE NAME OF “AMBIKA W/O RAJIV ARORA” ONLY AND ONLY IF I HAD CLAIMED A FALSE IDENTITY. WHICH I DID NOT !!! HENCE KINDLY CONSIDER THIS APPLICATION AS OFFICIAL TO INITIATE ANY PROOCEEDINGS THAT YOU DEEM FIT AGAINST THE POLICE OFFICERS ON RECORD WHO REGISTERED THIS CASE SUPERFICIALLY.

I was NEVER informed of the proceedings of the below mentioned case in the Supreme Court, India/ High Court, Delhi – I would have been the prime witness – as I had Personally complained to the then in Command – Chief Marshal of Air Force – whom I had met in the Air Force MESS Office at India Gate. Since “Wing Commander Rajiv Arora” REACTED VERY ADVERSELY to this meeting OF MINE WITH THE then in Command – Chief Marshal of Air Force – Wing Commander Rajiv Arora – Had FOLLOWED ME TO MY RESIDENCE and then Raised His Hand On me Publically in front of all the MY Neighbours and a Fight had ensued among him and My Family Members who were called upon by me for help – They had intervened only to save me from further harassment. – ALL This happened only because I had shown my DISGUST TOWARDS THIS MISBEHAVIOR OF Wing Commander Rajiv Arora using scurrilous language in attacking my character and reputation. AND also because of SPEAKING – Stark Lies to the Police on the Night of 28, Apr. 05 At New Delhi when he improperly introduced himself as husband of Mrs. Ambika ‘S’ to Head Constable Ranbir and Constable Dharmendeer, Police Personnel of Delhi Police, knowing such statement to be FALSE. My Personal Complaint was the Prime Cause 0f Initiating such Strict Proceedings against Rajiv Arora.

Wing Commander Rajiv Arora could have honestly said- I am HER – ‘FRIEND’ or an ‘ACQUAINTANCE’ from OUR GURU FAMILY DUE “AOL” COURSES – BUT SINCE HE WAS AWARE THAT I WAS BEING SUBJECTED TO DIVORCE PROCCEDINGS BY MY LATE HUSBAND – HE MISUSED THIS KNOWLEDGE AND IN A STATE OF INTOXICATION – UTTERED A STATEMENT WHICH WAS AN OUTRIGHT ATTACK ON MY CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.

Dear Sir,

I, Ambika ‘S’, resident of Kanpur at the above address bring to your kind notice the following facts which need your immediate attention and stringent action failing which numerous hapless women like me would continue to suffer at the hands of unscrupulous persons:

I was married to Shri Arunpat ‘S’ (now deceased) whose father is a well known industrialist of India, namely, Shri H P ‘S’;

b. Sh H P ‘S’ and his wife were, throughout, against my marriage to Sh Arunpat ‘S’ and left no effort to harass me and create obstacles in my life during the lifetime of my husband and after his death have even unsuccessfully attempted to have me eliminated by poisoning the water lines and various other means. The intent behind these attempt are with the sole objective of illegally usurping the lawful share of my husband and depriving me from inheriting the same being the lawful heir to my husband’s 1/4^th share in the estate left behind by my husband;

Recently, during the month of June 2015 I have discovered, during the ongoing succession proceedings pending at Kanpur filed by my in-laws in the name of my elder son, that they had obtained divorce decree from a Delhi court. I tried to locate the details of such a case a number of times from the website of Delhi courts but met with no success. However, during the last week of June accidently when I searched my late husband’s first name, I discovered a case namely, “Shri Arunpat vs Ms Ambika HMA No. 600/2007” and the same was shown as disposed of by a judgment dated 16^th October 2008. As I could not succeed in downloading the judgment I started locating someone in Delhi who could obtain on my behalf a copy of the judgment and complete set of papers available on the case file as this case was never in the domain of my knowledge;
During the end of July 2015, an acquaintance of mine referred the name of an advocate at New Delhi with whose help I could obtain entire set of papers of the case file HMA 600/2007 in the 1^st week of August 2015 and was later shocked to know that fraudulently an exparte judgment was procured by my in laws by forging the signature of my husband as well as mine and the said judgment/divorce decree is being relied upon by my in-laws by representing that the same is lawfully obtained;
I was shocked to see that a vakalatnama purportedly on my behalf is filed by one Mr Rohit Sharma advocate by stating his registration number as D-1523/2004 with his address as seat no.27, M-Block Tis Hazari. I am given to understand that alphabet D denotes registration with Bar Council of Delhi and on searching the web site of Bar Council of Delhi I have discovered that the name of Rohit Sharma does not match with the registration number D-1523/2004. It is further shocking to note that the said vakalatnama is signed by one Ambika Soni as described in the space for name of parties. I am enclosing herewith a copy of the said vakalatnama filed by the said Sh Rohit Sharma which is self explanatory. The said vakalatnama does not bear my signatures at all. (Enclosure A)
Similarly, Ms Vinay Singh advocate, who has appeared for Arunpat, has stated her registration number 2756/1987 which also appears to be dubious. Moreover, the signatures appearing on both the vakalatnamas are forged and have been represented to be that mine and that of my husband late Sh Arunpat ‘S’. I am enclosing herewith a copy of the said vakalatnama filed by the said Ms Vinay Singh which is self-explanatory. The said vakalatnama does not bear signatures of my late husband at all. (Enclosure B)
In the petition, I have been described as just Ambika and the address is mentioned as that of one of my maternal uncles whereas my in-laws were fully aware of my address where I was residing at the relevant point of time. Similarly my late husband’s name has been mentioned as just Arunpat.
My in-laws namely Mr Hemantpat ‘S’; his wife Mrs Sudha ‘S’; Mr Sharadpat ‘S’ his wife Mrs Meenakshi ‘S’ and their two sons Mr Uditpat ‘S’ & Vidushpat ‘S’ in conspiracy with abovenamed advocates Ms Vinay Singh and Sh Rohit Sharma have procured the judgment/decree dated 16^th October 2008 fraudulently and by misleading the court by disclosing false description and address of mine by resorting to sharp and unfair practices. The advocates abovenamed have mis-conducted themselves and whereas the court has passed the judgment without verifying anything from the said advocates or their respective clients. The petition has used scandalous allegations against me by using scurrilous language in attacking my character and reputation.
I understand from the Bar Council of Delhi website that its rules and regulations mandate that an advocate shall not act on the instructions of any person other than his client or his authorised agent. Further if Ms Vinay Singh is not registered with Bar Council of Delhi then she would be required to be assisted by a lawyer, who is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and unless the vakalatnama of a lawyer registered with Bar council of Delhi is filed, will not be permitted to appear before the courts except Supreme Court, subject to approval by Hon’ble the chief Justice of Delhi High Court.
I also understand that any violation of the rules regarding Standards of professional conduct and etiquette would amount to misconduct as mentioned under Section 35 of the advocates Act, 1961, the concerned advocate would be liable for disciplinary action. The Bar Council may take suo motto notice of any such violation of any advocate and initiate disciplinary proceeding against defaulter advocate.
I understand that my in-laws are using this judgment/decree fraudulently procured by them in the above manner and attempting to dispose of the properties, both movable and immovable, so as to deprive me from my legal entitlement to the 1/4 th share of my late husband.
In view of the above I therefore request you to kindly take stern action against the two advocates namely Ms Vinay Singh and Rohit Sharma forthwith such that beneficial interests of women/widows like me are not usurped by unscrupulous persons.

I hope you will take immediate action so as to protect me from these powerful persons who claim to have influence over every authority with their wealth.

If checked it is clearly visible that in the hand written application which was given to the police by me- the word ‘Dhamki’ has been striked out. My brother in law Sharadpat ‘S’ with the consent of my father in law and mother-in law are creating hindrances on the common gate and stopping the movements of not only my vehicle but also of servants who want to help me with ulterior objectives with malafide intentions photographs attached with this letter as Attachment 6. Pg. 76 Further my Sister in-law Madhulika Chandra who resides in Delhi with My brother-in law sharadpat ‘S’ and in conspiracy with his two sons and my father-in-law and my mother-in-law immediately after my Husband’s Funeral in Delhi have removed all air conditioners and ceiling fans and ancestral furniture and crockery and show pieces of my bungalow and sold most of them and some can be seen in my father-in-law’s and brother-in-law’s portion of the Bungalow. All show pieces and furniture was received by me on my marriage and later as my birthday, Rakhi, and Bhayi Dooj gifts from my family. My gas cylinders have been forcefully taken by my in-laws. Even the gas connection is in my name. I can provide photographs of my bungalow to prove the above complaint. Set of a few Photographs attached as Attachment 9 Pg. 97- Pg. 103. I further request you to issue an order stating that my brother-in-law should rebuild the partitioned wall that he got broken in the common portion of the road running infront of my bungalow right outside my bedroom, at his own expense (photograph attached as Attachment 10) Pg. 104 – Pg. 105 as there is a threat to my life from him. And provide me with police protection till all this is done as I fear that sharadpat ‘S’ who is a notorious womaniser can rape me as he made such horrendous intentions clear every time he had attacked me by pushing me against the wall and throwing me on the sofa and forcing his body against mine to such an extent that he made it difficult for me to breathe. Since my elder son has been under his influence and my younger son of a docile nature none could protect me; though my younger son tried to intervene but he was rudely pushed back. Only the authority of my brother-in-law Sharad pat prevails in this family. All this was being done with the consent of my parents-in-laws. Please help as I am in dire need of intervention of your good self for my safety.

So that it is with in the Knowledge Of your Goodself that I am providing you with the jist of the past events in my life which has led to the present situation. I have finally got discharged by the reverent state government courts in Delhi ‘Tees Hazari’ vide order dated 16/2/13 of the Criminal Revision case in Delhi High Court (order attached as Attachment 11). Pg. 106- Pg. 115 And hence my innocence has been proved after this long journey of mental and emotional torture I have been subjected to by my parents-In-laws. I was subject to Divorce Proceedings in 2001 by my husband. I was then living in my matrimonial bungalow till 2003. In the year 2003 I left Kanpur under police protection. The cause of the police protection was that my husband being a Severe Alcoholic had tried to kill me with an Axe under the influence of alcohol had been provoked in doing so by my mother-in-law Sudha ‘S’. At that time I had hidden in a secret place in the Bungalow till the S.S.P. sent the police to rescue me. It was then that the S.S.P. had taken timely action and saved my life by sending police force to rescue me from my matrimonial Home. Thanks to the timely arrival of the police I am still alive. I left Kanpur under police protection after locking up my bungalow as most of my personal belongings are still in my matrimonial bungalow. I left for my mother’s home with the help of the C.O Nazirabad Kamleshwari Chand. This step I took because the first order which I had received in Kanpur during my Divorce Case proceedings stated that since I live in the main portion of bungalow with all the facilities, amenities and servants I should continue to do so and along with a mere allowance of 10,000 rs. Per month as Maintenance was granted to me as per the order dated 7/05/2002 of the case No. 200/2001 at the family courts Kanpur Nagar (order attached as Attachment 12). Pg. 116- Pg. 122. My Husband had appealed in the High Court of Allahabad for reduction of the Maintenance amount and in this court order too it begins with the acceptance that I am living in my matrimonial residence. Vide order dated 25/02/2003. (Order attached as Attachment 13) Pg. 123- Pg. 124 After leaving Kanpur I stayed with my mother in Gurgaon, Haryana. I got my divorce case which was lying pending in Kanpur family courts and my maintenance case which was lying pending in the Allahabad High court transferred to Delhi through the Supreme Court vide order dated 16^th February 2004 of the case No. T.P. (C) No. 688-689 of 2003.(Order Attached as Attachment 14.) Pg. 125- Pg. 126 is Based on the first order which I had received I kept receiving orders in my Maintenance case stating and accepting that the Exclusive Possession of the Matrimonial Residence is with me. Vide order dated- 25/2/03 in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad order attached as (Attachment 13 earlier) till finally the order dated 19^th Day of April 2005 was announced in open court that I have the Exclusive Possession of my Matrimonial Residence but I cannot sell it as only owners can sell it. (Order attached as Attachment 15) Pg. 127 – Pg. 133, During my maintenance case. In Court’s order, I have been given exclusive possession of my matrimonial residence and my husband and his family members and on the behalf of my Husband are restrained from dis-possessing me from the portion of 84/43 ‘Radha Kunj’ Kalpi Road, Kanpur, which is in my possession as seen in the site plan filled with my Affidavit dated 17,03,2005, till further orders and are Restrained from Forcibly Entering the same but I cannot sell it or stop my husband to sell the property as only owners can sell it. As on date today I am the widow of Arun pat ‘S’ and hence a legal heir to his property too, I believe I have full rights to continue to Exercise my Rights of Exclusive Possession of the Bungalow till my death even if ownership is declared. It is only with this Legal Right that even if my sons continue meeting anti-social elements within my premises that I would be able to file a police complaint immediately and save myself from any embarrassment at my age being a lonely widow who is trying to save her children. Hence I would be able to save guard my son’s interests and welfare too by maintaining Discipline and Decorum of a Family Atmosphere. This is the only way I rightfully believed that only with the help of this order I would be able to eliminate the Anti-Social Elements entering my home and being able to save my sons, since I was left with NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO COME BACK TO MY MATRIMONIAL RESIDENCE TO SAVE AND HELP MY SONS TO WALK ON THE RIGHT PATH. Both My son’s lives are being ruined and if immediate medical help and justice is not provided to me they both will be ruined for their entire life. Today being a widow I have ownership rights also in my matrimonial residence along with both my sons. And I believe that according to the status qua of the maintenance case even if ownership is declared I will have the rights to the possession solely as I am the eldest amongst the three of us. The Divorce case was finally dismissed in default vide order dated 14/9/2007 for the case no. 428/07 as my husband’s lawyers stopped attending the court dates and the maintenance case for which they had appealed to further reduce the maintenance amount in the Delhi High Court was withdrawn and hence dismissed as per the order dated 10/11/2008 of the case no. +MAT App. No. v 29/2005 (orders attached earlier as Attachment 5) During the maintenance case an order dated 28/03/08 was given by the judge Seema Maini for attaching properties as very miniscule maintenance was paid to me. (Order attached as Attachment 16) Pg. 134- Pg. 137 This case is still pending in the Courts. The worst torture for me was my separation from my children. During the days I was being tortured by the Divorce Case I was not being allowed to meet my children. I was finally granted relief from this torture of separation from my children by the Court Order dated 11/04/2005 with the help of which I was able to meet my sons in their Boarding School and later I was also granted permission by the same Court to spend the coming summer holidays with both my sons on 04/06/2005 (Order attached as Attachment 17) Pg. 138- Pg. 139. This issue was picked up in my Maintenance Case. Moving on from this situation, after my husband’s demise on 27^th Feb, 2010 (death certificate attached as Attachment 18) Pg. 140

Powers Of District Magistrate (District Collector) In India.

POWERS OF A D.M.

Before assuming office, the Governor is administered an oath by the Chief Justice of the High Court affirming to protect and defend the Constitution and to devote himself to the service and well-being of the people. Under the executive power of the State, the Governor is empowered to grant pardon, reprieve or remission, or to suspend or commute the punishment of any person convicted of any crime against Law.

The District Magistrate or the Collector is the chief executive of a district. He is responsible for running the administration of the district smoothly and properly. In fact, the district is the principal administration in India. The activities of the district administration practically covers a wide range and touches almost at every level the loves and activities of the people. The main task of the district administration is as such to implement programs with the active co-operation and support of the people of the district.

Thus the district administration has some special characteristics. Here the government comes into direct contact with the people and the problems that the district administration tries to solve are essentially local in their character. “The state government finds each district at its lowest level and its direct agency terminates there leaving the head of the district as its last agent and ‘man on the spot. Exceptions apart, the districts represent the maximum of the area in which they must work together. The district administration is field work as opposed to staff or secretarial duty. And at the collector level in the district all policies end and action begins.”

The District Magistrate or the Collector is the pivot in the district administration. He is the main agent for making the necessary co-ordination of the official agencies functioning within the district. As such the function and responsibilities of the District Magistrate may be broadly classified under three general heads viz., the District Magistrate as the Collector, the District Magistrate as the Magistrate of the ruler of the district and the District Magistrate as the highest administrative officer in the district.

As a Collector the District Magistrate is responsible for the collection of revenue from the district.

It is also his responsibility to hear the appeals in revenue cases against the decisions taken by the Tahasildars and other subordinate revenue collectors in the district. Thus, as a revenue collector, he is to look after the collection of land revenue, maintenance of land records, land reforms, consolidation of holdings etc. Actually the revenue collection function of the collector includes revenue, excise and the government treasury. It covers the separate items. The first is the assessment and collection of land revenue. “The district apparatus for this purpose in the normal way consists of the Collector (D.M.), the sub-divisional officers (deputy collectors), the Tahasildars, and the naib-Tahasildars and at the village level the patwaries.”
The irrigation departments consists the second group. Here the irrigation department generally makes out the “demand lists of irrigation dues” each season and sends it to the Collector or to the Tahasildars. Then the Collector with his revenue staff collects it.
The third element is the income tax. Here also the assessment is made by the income tax officials who in fact are under the central government. They collect the income tax directly but they certify the arrears collection of income tax to the District Collector for recovery.
The fourth element is agricultural income tax which is also collected under the order of the District Collector.
The fifth element, the sales tax is also collected under the authority and responsibility of the District Collector especially for the collection of the arrears.
The sixth element included—the court fees payable in connection with various judicial proceedings, such as the presentation of plaints, the issue of writs and other processes documents and the certified copies of proceedings. It also includes taxes leviable in the shape of revenue stamp on documents. The District Collector has good say in these activities.
The seventh element of these revenue annals is the excise duties of different kinds. In the district, an officer of the district officer’s staff is designated as the district officer’s staff. He supervises and controls the works of the excise inspectors. A number of other taxes like the taxes on motor vehicles, entertainment taxes etc. are also there which are collected under the supervision of the Collector.

As a District Magistrate, the task of the D.M. is quite heavy. He is the first class magistrate and head of all magistrates within the district.

It is his duty to hear and decide the criminal cases and also to supervise the activities of other magistrates under him in the district.
It is his duty to maintain law and order within the district and also to take all the necessary actions under the preventive section of the criminal procedure code. This concerns the question of public safety, the protection of the citizens and all of his rights within the district.
Naturally the duty of maintaining law and order and the administration of criminal and civil justice also comes under his jurisdiction.
The District Magistrate controls the police department of the district that is under him and supervises the activities of the subordinate executive magistrates.
He submits the annual criminal report to the government.
He supervises the district Police Stations at least once in a year and recommends the cases for passport and visa and takes care of the movement of the foreigners within the district.
He looks after all the election works within the district, appoints the public prosecutor of the district, gives or issues certificates to the persons belong to the Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribes and other backward communities and to the freedom fighters, appoint the village Chowkidar and punishes him for breach of discipline etc.
As the Chief Executive Officer of the district it is the duty of the District Magistrate to implement the posting transfer and to grant the leaves of different gazatted officers within the district to implement various government orders, to submit the budget of the district to the government.

The District Magistrate acts as the Chief Protocol Officer of the district. He also conducts the census work, presides over the local institutions or remains the member there, looks after the supply and proper distribution of daily necessity goods, hears and takes adequate steps to redress the grievances of the local people, supervises the activities of the young government officers in the district and arrange for their training etc.

Apart from all these works the District Magistrate also is the chief development officer of the district. In such a capacity it is his duty to conduct all the development plans and projects of the district, make them successful and remove all the hindrances on its way, to put into effect the policy of democratic decentralization, to act as the chief liaison officer of the state government within the district and maintains close link with all the inhabitants of his district.

All these categories of works are the routine works of the District Magistrate. In addition to these works the District Magistrate functions as the returning officer in the elections of both the Lok Sabha and the State Legislative Assembly. He conducts all the election works in the district level, supervises them and co-ordinates them. Moreover, as he is the chief information officer it is his duty to collect all the necessary news and information and to dispatch them to the higher authority.

Thus, the position of a District Magistrate is both responsible and painstaking one. He is in fact the tortoise, as Ramsay MacDonald has put it, on whose back stood the elephant of the government of India.

As my marriage was not approved by my in-laws, my father in law, Mr. Hemant Pat Singhania from the very inception, connived and conspired with my mother in-law and kept my husband and me aloof. He was allured into drinking alcohol and bad company which caused his early death, after I bore two sons from my late husband, who died at the young age of 49.

As there is enormous wealth to be distributed among family members and I was to get a fair chunk which would run into Crores of Rupees, my father in law in order to deny and deprive me of my legitimate rights conspired with the dozens of servants and sub-ordinates at our estate in Kanpur and made several criminal attempts to wipe me out and kill me. Various modes were adopted namely, they poisoned the food which I was fed, mixed arsenic in water, increased the voltage of electricity, etc. I have been reduced into a skeleton. I have survived only due to divine intervention and Nirmal Singh Guruji of Dugri whose blessings have made me survive the torture of my father in law.

The local police and Station House Officer, Fazalganj, Kanpur are perennially bribed. Thus, any complaint of mine is not ever looked into and is thrown into the bin and not even a constable arrives at my door. My father in law has threatened and intimated me last week and has vowed to get me killed in a mysterious manner and then only he will breathe his last. He himself is bedridden but yields enormous power through his henchmen and pehelwans.

I am living in centre of the property with my son in my partitioned portion as per court orders of exclusive possession in my name where we are living in fear and trepidation. Both me and my son are mortally afraid even in the day leave alone the night that we will be either killed through poisoning or by some weapons. Thus we need Police protection round the clock and I request you to ensure that we get the police not from Fazalganj Police Station but from C.I.D or some other special department or from the Central Government, so that the local influences of corruption does not arise.
