And I Saw Then Immediately A Huge Form Of Hanuman Ji . Walk In To The Back Fields Of My Bungalow Pulling Back The Jungle And Weeds And Walking Through Them And Look Around And Attack Negative Elements By Trying To Capture Them . . I Was Told By Neeraj Uncle That Since He Was Attending A Satsung If I Make It Here, He Will Give Me The Photograph Of Guruji’s Which He Had Received From Bada Mandir In My Name. For Kanpur Mandir. I Had Told Him I Will Reach Late So Wait For Me. When I Reached 5he Satsang Was Over And There Was Only The Immediate Family And An Uncle From The Neighbourhood Who Too Had Reached Late. Soon After I Reached, I Was Served A Huge Piece Of Cake And Told The Satsang Had Been Held On The Auspicious Occaison Of A Birthday Bow I Wanted To Hrry And Leave. And Then Before I Could Excuse Myself Langar Was Served To Me And Then All Insisted I Do Some Satsand Befire Parting ..As I Began Doing Satsangs First Of Rangeela Meraa Then Nain Jhukaaye Baithey Hain Baalmaa . And Then Jyot Ki Vaani. Huge Showers Of Guruji’s Fragrance Began Oozing Out Of Guruji’s Photograph. Now Excited The Entire Family Crowded Me Saying They All Could See Immediate Visible Changes In Gurujis Photograph And I Told Them Guruji Had Blessed Me Saying. Tu Jiththey Vi Jaayegi Mainnu Hi Paayegi And Guruji Apnaa Yeh Vaadaa Hameshaa Nibhaatey Hain. Let’s Take Some Photographs And I Will Mark His Darshans. In The Photographs. I See Myself Telling Him That I Have A Problem With The Ceiling In My Room And He Blesses Me And Leaves.)
Since Then Even After I Returned To Kanpur I Have Been Mostly On The Move And Facing Problems Where To Sit In One Place And Type My Book –
Recently Since I Have Come To Delhi/Gurgaon I Had To Keep Shifting From One Place To The Other As I Was Being Followed By The Shadow People And Facing Demonic Attacks .And They Did Not Want Me To Complete The Book Of Guru Mahima And Reach The Present Moment –
Various Problems I Faced Are Mentioned In The Complaint Letters Written To The Various Land Lords – Mentioned Below –
Guruji Later Gave Darshans And Explained Only The Saints Were Attacked By Demons As They Would Do Powerful Yagnas. I Mrs. Ambika Singhania Widow Of Late Arunpat Ji Aged 52 Was Residing As Your Paying Guest At The Above Mentioned Address.
Due To A Highly Illegal And Nonsensical And Unethical Atmosphere Created By The North East Girls Residing On The Same Floor By Creating Noise Pollution Throughout The Night. And Disturbing The Peaceful Atmosphere As You Have Been Umpteen Times Notified By Myself As Well As Your Night And Morning Guards Named Prakash Ji And Babu Lalji And All Other Floor Residents Have Also Complained Against The Same Problem. Along With Young Boys Visiting A Girls P.G. Forcefully All Night. As These Girls Force The Guard At The Gate To Allow Them At Late Odd Hours Of The Night. I Will Have To Shift Out As I Have Been Under Medical Treatment And My Main Purose Of This Visit To Delhi Is My Dental Surgeries. And A Case Pending In Delhi Of Late Which Is At A Turning Point For A Last Decissive Order.
I Am Being Daily Harrased By These Girls. Who Due To Their Immoral Activities Have Been Attacking Me From The Kitchen Window. Which As Explained By You Cannot Be Locked From The Balcony Side As It Is Used As A Fire Exit. In Case Of An Emergency. Of A Fire Break Out Or An Earth Quake Ofa High Intensity.
This Window Exit Was Used To Attack Me And Sabotage My Belongings By These Vindictive Girls. By Chance I Spoke To A Few Neighbours And It Was Spotted Late At Night When I Was Fast Asleep.Under Medication .. Mysterious Movements In My Bedroom. And Someone Moving In And Out Of The Exit Late Night .. But The Neighbours Do Not Want To Involve Themselves. In Such Henious Activities. For The Time Being. I Had Informed Your Goodself. That Very Day When My Spectacles Were Sabotaged. . After The Party These Girls Had Arranged Of Over 50 Young Boys In A Building Exclusively For Women. And I Had Objected To The Same.
I Request You To Clear My Payments And Also Return My Securuty Amount Of 20,000 After Deducting The Electricity Bill. Of My Room Exclusively. And All Dues Are Cleared Too. From My Side .. So That In General Terms With A Decent Person Like You Is Untouched By The Rowdy Behaviour Of These North Eastern Girls From The Hills.
Further Your Good Self The Land Lord Have Told Me Directly Most Laws In India Safeguards The Rights Of A Women’s Protection. But Knowingly These Girls Are Misusing It And Attacked Me At Night When I Was Fast Asleep. !!! . Under High Medication Due To My Dental Surgeries. . And You Took No Step. Now Recently Since Past Three Days There Has Been No Water In My Tap Where As. There Is Water On This Upper Groung Floor In Every Ones Room. And I Have Been Harrased. Nearly Daily Throughout My Stay By Loud Screaming Of These Girls Now Water Shortage Only In My Single Room Accomodation. I Have Paid Full Rent Till .17th Of March. And Also Security Paynent Of 21 Thousand Rupees Is In Your Custody I Had In Direct Conversation With You Made Clear I Would Be Vacating This Room And The Electricity Charges.
Confined To My Room According To The Meter Reading Of My Room Rented Will Be Made The Day I Vacate. As You Are Already In Possession Of A Surpluss. Amount.
You Have Been Entertaining More Customers And Showing This Room To Them For Renting It Out. I Have Not Objected As I Too Am Interested In Vacating This Room. Because Of The Nuances I Have Been Subjected To. In This Premises. So Kindly. Get Water Supply Restored. Till The Day I Vacate. I Raman Urf Ambika Widow Of Late Arun Pat Ji. Aged 52 Have Been Residing As A Tenant With The Kumar Family Who Are The Land Lords Pf The Abovementioed Property. With A Registered Agreement Of Food And Lodging Charged 14,000rs. Per Month. I Have Been Facing Severe Harassment Here Listed Below In Points.
1.Room On Ground Floor Of. Dlf Phase 1 . A Block .51/10 Is Infested By Black Ants And Cockroaches. Poisonous Insects. Red Reptiles. Kaam Khajooraa (Zhungoor) . It Is An Unliveable Premises. . Built In The Car Parking Garage. . On Low Level With The Road. I Was Told Firstly On Observing This .By Mrs. Prem Kumar Not To Be Bothered As They Do Not Bite And Are Forms Of Lord Shiva. Knowing That I Am Of A Spiritual Nature The Couple Began Manipulating Each Conversation Accordingly From The First Day Inspite Of The Discomfort I Was Facing.
3. Food Provided To Me Would Keep Me Sedated For Days. And Make Me Immobile. And When I Would Open My Eyes In Severe Dizziness. I Would Notice All My Belongings Had Been Touched And Scattered.
4. When I Would Return After Visiting My Mother’s House Or My Lawyer In The Evenings. I Would Observe All Zips Of My Bags Were Opened And My Belongings Scattered. . This Would Be Noticed In The Evenings Mainly From The First Week Of My Shifting And I Began Complaining But Mrs. Prem Kumar Would Insist That Her Servant Lived With Her Since Past 6 Years And She Was Very Confident About His Behaviour As A Person To Be Trusted As She Was Old And All Her House Was Open To Him And Was Looked After By This Servant Named Bojhinder. I Observed Even My Pickles And Eatables Would Be Swapped And Now The Left Over Tasted Differently. . All My Eatables Would Be Tampered With. In The Beginning. Soon I Observed. All My Bag’s Zips Were Damaged And All My Belongings Ruthlessly Stuffed In My Luggage Bags. I Tried To Lock My Bags Before Sleeping And In A Few Days My Bags Locks Began Malfunctioning. I Was Told By Mrs. Kumar To Inform Her In Case I Was To Go For A Meeting Or Go Anywhere A Day Before. And Every Time I Would Inform Her In The Morning By 9 A.M. Their’s Would Be A Behaviour Of Ignorance . And Would Never Be Served Lunch Before. 3 P.M. . Inspite Of My Insisting That Since I Do Not Take Breakfast. I Should Be Provided My First Meal By . 1 A.M. . But No One Heeded To My Regular. Pleadings. During The Days I Was Provided Two Meals By This Family I Would Feel Extremely Hungry And I Would Be Eating Nearly 4 Chappatis Amazingly And Then I Would Feel Drowsy And Again Fall Back To Sleep. !!. Since The Contract Was Of Fooding And Lodging Combined. Costing Me 14,000 Rupees Per Month. The Couple Had An Upper Hand To What Time They Would Serve Me The First Meal Of The Day. Very Shrewdly All Was Organized By Mrs. Prem Kumar And The Rental Was Also Paid In Her Bank Account. .
5 . Electricity Sub Meter Attached To My Room. Was Being Manipulated And Misused To Extract Maximum Moneys From Me A Widow. As The Old Couple Had Attached The Water Motor Pump. And Their Bedrooms Air Conditioners Wiring To The Rented Property Sub Meter. And Upon Complaining I Along With The Electrician Sukvir And The Property Dealers Were Told By Mr. Dev Kumar The Land Lord That; Since I Too Was Receiving Water. In The Restroom. So I Will Have To Pay The Complete Charges Of 10,000. An Ultimatum Was Given To Me.
Hand Written Letter As Proof Of Mr. Dev Kumar. And Neither Back Kitchen Garden And Front Garden Of The Said Premises Of Mr. Dev Kumar And All Their Coolers And Their. Two Washrooms And Kitchen. And Household Cleaning And Clothes Washing Of The Couple And The Their Servant Bhojinder Who Is Totally Involved With The Owners. Was Being Charged From Me. To Which I Objected. I Was Screamed At Publically. And Told That They Will Not Provide Food And I Am To Vacate The Room In 24 Hours.
As I Had Told Them That Since I Will Inform The Police Of Their Malicious And Greedy Nature And Expose Them. The Couple Became Aware And Stopped Providing Food To Me As Per The Contract Of My Food And Lodging Was Combined During My Stay With This Elderly Couple.. As The Food Supply Stopped So Did The . Drug Mixed In My Food Stopped. . Soon After They Stopped. Providing Me The Two Meals I Started. Feeling Better. And I Began Becoming More Alert And Aware. Of The Dangerous Circumstances I Was In. I Started Becoming Mobile And Able To Walk And Get Up And Move Around In My Room .
I Would Shiver And Would Sleep With A Quilt Without A Fan Most Of The Time Thinking I Had Caught An Infection From This Poisonous Insect Inhabited Room . . This Family In The Beginning For The First Few Days Had Sprayed. “Hit” Antipesticide Spray In The Room From Which I Am Highly Alergic And I Would Cough All Night. .
Since Mrs. Prem Kumar Objected To My Requesting For Tea 3 Three Times A Day Along With Hot Water To Sip As My Throat Had Begun Swelling Up I Ordered For An Electric Rod Tea Maker. Now What Ever I Ordered From Flipkart. Mrs. Prem Kumar Also Wanted And Would Tell Me To Order Double Of Everything. One For Myself And One For Her. Further Soon After I Received My Own Tea Maker. The Electric Stirrer Rod. Servant Bojhinder Took A Dislike To My Making My Own Tea Or Coffee With My Own Stick Of Coffee And Tea Sachets And Would Still Serve Me Tea Minimum Twice A Day After Which Again I Would Feel Dizzy. And Go Off To Sleep. . Soon My Electric Rod Was Cleaned By The Servant In Such A Manner That He Spoilt It Completely So That I Would Again Be At The Mercy Of The Servant And The Landlords For Tea And Coffee A Kettle Of A Very Old Model Was Provided To Me. The First Time I Used It Burnt My Wrist. . Photograph Attached Of The Antique Tea Kettle I Was Being Forced To Use. I Was Told By Mrs. Kumar That Since I Drink Tea 3 To 4 Times A Day Because Of My Sore Throat. The Bill Had Amounted To 10 Thousand Rupees In Two Months. It Shocked Me When I Heard This. And This Is When I Initiated An Inquiry As Everything Was Manipulated And Fishy In This Household.
A Month After My Regular Complaining Two Rubber Rods Were Attached By The Gardener On Both The Doors Of The Room In Order To Minimize The Path Of The Entry Of Ants On My Insistence Daily. The Back Door Rubber Rod Was Attached In Such A Manner That The Door Would Not Close !! And The Servant Bojhinder Along With Mrs. Kumar Would Enter My Bedroom At All Odd Hours Even When I Was In Deep Sleep And Tamper With My Belongings. .
My Hands And Feet Began Becoming Stiff And I Would Be Suffering From Severe Bone Shattering Pain And Sudden Swelling Was Observed In Both My Feet And Hands. Mrs. Prem Kumar Took Me To Her Homopathic Doctor Known To Her Who Said It Could Be Water Retention Or Rheumatoid Artheritis. I Began Becoming Very Concerned About My Health Now . But Amazingly Soon After The Doctor Suggested I Have To Eat Food Without Salt Mrs. Prem Kumar Made Sure. That The Food Served To Me Would Have More Salt In It Than Normal.. I Ordered For Acupressure And Magnet Foot Massage To Be Used With Vinegar And Salt And Cold Water . And As I Used It Two To Three Times The Swellings Began Disappearing. As The Toxins Began Reducing In The Body. I Informed The Doctor And Now She Said This Is Something Else.
I Began Searching The Internet And As I Suddenly Had This Thought Wave To Check The After Affects Of High Levels Of Psychotic Drugs And Sedation. I Was Shocked To Read That Swelling And Stiffness. In The Joints Of The Hands And Feet Result From Such Drugs. Now There Was No Doubt In My Mind That This Family Was A Family Of Crooks And Was Not Only Trying To Squeeze As Much Money As They Could From Me But Also Misuse My Very Being Physically As Mrs. Kumar Had Only One Dialogue On Her Lips That She Wants To Take Me To The Club And Make Me Meet Some People. And I Know Now These People Are Into Some Kind Of An Illegal Trade.
Since Thursday 24th May 2019 Since Food Has Been Stopped From The Landlord’s Kitchen. I Have Been Recouping Though Slowly But I Am Still Unwell. Rights Of A Tenant In India …
In India, Across States, We Have Heard Of Numerous Instances Of Harassment Either By A Landlord Towards The Tenant Or Vice-Versa. This Article Aims At Offering Information About The Rights Of Tenants And How They Can Protect Themselves From A Troublesome Landlord.
§ A Tenant Has The Right To A House That Is Fit To Be Lived In. Unsafe Conditions, Such As Holes In The Floor, Plaster Coming Down From The Ceiling, Bad Wiring, And The Like Are Considered Unfit. It Is The Landlord’s Responsibility To See That The House Meets The Minimum Standards Of Accommodation.
§ As Per The Law, A Tenant Should Be Fully Informed Of All The Contents, Terms And Conditions Of The Contract And Only Upon The Consent Of The Tenant Can The Agreement Be Signed By Both The Parties Which Then Becomes A Valid Document.
§ Both The Parties Will Have To Maintain A Copy Each Of The Agreement All The Time. The Tenant Is Also Entitled To Have Appropriate Contact Information (Telephone Numbers, Email Addresses, Postal Addresses, Etc.) And The Landlord Can Be Contacted At Any Point Of Time.
§ The Tenant Has The Right To Privacy. The Landlord Cannot Walk Into The House Without Prior Permission Or Information Unless There Is A True Emergency Like A Fire Or A Flood In The Bathroom.
§ It Is Considered Unlawful For A Landlord To Disconnect Essential Services Such As Electricity And Water Or Restrict A Tenant From Using Common Amenities For Recovery Of Rental Dues Or For Other Reasons. If A Landlord Executes Any Such Brutalities, The Tenant Can Approach The Rent Control Court To Restore Essential Services And Act Against The Landlord.
§ If The Landlord Harasses The Tenant By Asking To Evict The Premises Without Any Lawful Reason And Fails To Accept Rent, The Tenant Can First Issue A Notice In Writing To The Landlord, Asking For Details Of A Bank Into Which The Tenant Can Directly Deposit The Rent To The Credit Of The Landlord. If The Landlord Fails To Respond, The Rent Can Be Sent Via Money Order To The Landlord. If This Attempt To Pay The Rent Also Fails, The Tenant Must Immediately File An Application Before A Rent Control Court To Deposit Further Rents In Court.
§ As Far As Eviction Is Concerned, The Landlord Would Have To File A Petition Before The Competent Rent Control Court To Seek Eviction Of The Tenant. Under The Rent Control Act, Landlords Can Evict Tenants Only Under Specific Grounds, Which Include Willful Default In Rent Payment, Subletting Without The Prior Consent, Causing Nuisance Or When The Landlord Himself Requires Premises For Personal Occupation.
§ The Tenant Is Entitled To Reimbursement For Any Repairs That He/She Carries Out That Are The Landlord’s Responsibility.
§ The Tenant Is Entitled To Have Visitors To Stay Overnight Or For Short Periods, Unless Specifically Forbidden In The Tenancy Agreement. The Landlord Must Be Informed If The Tenant Has An Extra Person Moving In.
§ The Tenant Is Entitled To A Certain Amount Of Notice Of The Termination Of Tenancy.
§ The Landlord Must Return The Deposit To The Tenant At The End Of The Lease Term With Interest Set By A Statute.
§ Legal Heirs Of The Tenant Are Also Tenants And Is Entitled To Receive All The Protection Available To The Tenant Under The Rent Control Act Of Various States. However, It Is The Choice Of The Legal Heir If He Wants To Renew The Contract With The Landlord And Continue To Stay.
§ The Tenant Is Entitled To Refer Any Disputes To The Residential Tenancies Board (Rtb) Without Being Penalized For Doing So.
§ A Tenant Has The Right To A Copy Of Any Register Entry Held By The Rtb Dealing With Tenancy.
§ All Homes For Rent Must Have A Building Energy Rating (Ber) Stating How Energy-Efficient The Home Is. This Will Help The Tenant Make An Informed Choice When Comparing Properties To Rent.
§ It Is Relevant To Note That In The Case Of Contractual Tenancy, Which Is Granted For A Specific Period, The Landlord Will Not Be Entitled To Apply For Possession Of The Building For His Own Bonafide Additional Accommodation. However, It Is Necessary For The Tenant To Establish Contractual Tenancy Under A Registered Rental Agreement Where Registration Is Mandated.
With Knowledge Of These Rights, A Tenant Can Enjoy A Perfect Living At The House. It Is Worthwhile If Some Of The Important Rights Of Both Landlord And The Tenant Are Highlighted In The Contract. A Simple Step Like That Can Save From Many Complaints, Law Suits And Harassment.
