Guruji appeared and snatched the hand towel I was holding IN MY HANDS and with a firm gesture of throwing the towel in one corner of the washroom began singing the lines CHADD TENSION – CHADD TENSION – AND THEN THE first paragraph of this Vaani.
I found this tune very melodious and catchy so I began humming along and quickly picked up a piece of paper and began jotting down the lyrics of this Vaani. While jotting down the lyrics As I sung the above lines aloud in the same tune Guruji had sang this Vaani in front of my mother — she sung in the same tune these words “Jinney Chaddayaa Prabhu De Waal ” and Guruji said in a firm voice but in the same tune “Vohi Tarrdey Ney” and completed this sentence. And then Guruji sung the rest of the Vaani and told me to write it down and learn the tune by practicing it. I am loving it.

WHILE SINGING THE ABOVE VAANI I SAW GURUJI HOLDING HIS HEAD WITH BOTH HIS HANDS AND HE EXCLAIMED as he said UNDERSTAND -“Teraa Kitta Aey Kalyaan TERE Guruji Kehendey Ney.” AND WITH A FIRM JESTURE GURUJI TOLD ME TO PACK MY BAGS-
I RECORDED THE TUNE OF THIS VAANI AND MESSAGED IT TO – SANCHITA AUNTY – GURU SANGAT. SHE SAID SHE LOVED THE CATCHY TUNE AND HUMMED IT TOO. AND THEN SHE CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT AS SOON AS SHE HAD HUMMED THE ABOVE VAANI SHE FELT A RELEASE OF STRESS IN HER BODY AND SHE FELT LIGHTER AND IN A BETTER MOOD- AND THEN IN THE WORDS OF SANCHITA AUNTY HERSELF-
